Senior Position (Non-managerial)
Work as a local engineering team member of Chrysler Technical Center. The duty currently is:
Give technical and engineering support to supplier development/purchase team in mainland China and other NEA region for global procurement projects. Such as the explanation of technical know-how of commodity, material standard and performance/installation requirements,
Give assessment and control to supplier according to DVP&R, FMEA，control plan, project time line, of supplier’s facility.
Cooperate with US engineering colleagues for the progress recognition, timing plan, question answering and support on above arena.
Work with purchase team for better solution of price and quality. Work with SQE team for quality and supplier development.
The undergoing projects including wiring harness, starters, batteries, temperature sensors, cam position sensors, transmission speed/gear range sensors, WSS and
cable, trailer control module, engine block heater, oil pressure switch, clutch switch and other small parts.
